To live is to create. We are always creating, we are always making something. All the time, all day, every moment of your life from the beginning to the end.

The question is what are you making, right now, in this moment?
That thing you're making, are you making it better or worse?
How do you know?

To answer these questions one must remain curious, aware, honest, and present.

I apply this simple loop to everything. Cooking, raising kids, exercising, reading, thinking, my golf game, my relationship, and of course, my work.
